I’m based in Louth. But I cover Lincoln, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Newark.

I also work with clients all over Europe.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is based on the theory that our thoughts, feelings and actions are all connected. If we change one of these we can alter the others.

For example, when we feel worried or distressed we often fall into patterns of thinking and responding that can worsen how we feel. CBT works to help us notice and change problematic thinking styles or behaviour patterns so we can feel better.

CBT has a good evidence base for a wide range of mental health problems in adults, older adults, children and young people. This research has been carefully reviewed by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), who provide independent, evidence-based guidance for the NHS on the most effective ways to treat disease and ill health.

Hypnotherpy is simply using hypnosis as a way to help you overcome a mental or physical condition.

I trained at The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. My diploma is in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.

My further studies have been in:

  • Panic disorders
  • PTSD
  • Insomnia
  • Addictions
  • Sports visualisation
  • Stress
  • Stopping smoking
  • Resilience
  • Low esteem

I drank too much and ate too much. I was nearly 20 stone. With the help of hypnotherapy I turned things round. Now I run marathons. Compete in Iron Man events. And have climbed Mont Blanc. Now I want to help you become a better version of yourself.
